Practical-cost benchmarks you can cite and embed. Each index is computed from HI's data layer with a published, versioned methodology.

• HI Moving Cost Index (v1, quarterly) — A US moving-cost benchmark: national median local-move cost, and each metro's cost relative to the national average (US = 100).
• HI Cost of Living Index (v1, annual) — State cost-of-living relative to the US average (= 100), from BEA Regional Price Parities — real public-domain data.
